All the tanks have BEER!

As of last Saturday, the tanks all have the nectar of the gods in them. Brian brewed up my favorite, IPA on Saturday. He added a ton of hops then dry hopped the beer on the way to the fermentation tank. All I can say is YUM! We enjoyed meeting the other brewers on Sunday at the Flying Saucer. It was the end of Craft Brewing Week and all of the local breweries were represented. What a great group of people! It was great also to get out there, sporting our Thirsty Planet T-shirts and meeting anxious beer enthusiasts. We can’t wait to see all of you again in our tasting room soon. We are now working on getting the beer into the kegs for the upcoming White Party on Friday night. We are going to be the beer sponsors, so if you are attending be sure and seek out The Yellow Armadillo Wheat! (and Brian and me) We are still planning on getting the tasting room opened sometime in July, but we will let you know. Cheers!
