The new assistant brewmaster
You may be wondering why we have not updated you all on the brewery. Well, we have been a little busy. We have a new addition to the family, Slate Wilson Smittle was born March 15th at 11:29. We have already introduced him to the brewery and he is loving the tasting room! We have been working on the patio area, which looks amazing, and staining the floors in the tasting room. The mill was hooked up this week and all the testing was finished on the glycol unit. We are expecting to brew very soon. Hope everyone is recovering well from SXSW! Cheers!

. I’m really looking forward to your brewery opening. I live just down the road in Dripping Springs. I read that your wife loves beer so hoppy that it takes the enamel off her teeth. Man, am I ever ready to taste your IPA..
