Thirsty Planet Brewing Company is owned by friends and family. We strive to make great beer while doing our part for the planet by using renewable resources and doing our best to reduce our carbon footprint. Thirsty Planet beers are perfect for all occasions, but especially tasty while grabbing a cold one with a buddy, volunteering for your community, planting a tree, or helping your neighbor. Thirst for something better!
This Amber Ale is medium bodied beer, with a sweet, malty taste and finishes with light hop bitterness.
We use 50% malted barley and 50% malted red hard winter wheat. It’s a light-bodied beer that is perfect for the hot Texas summers. It has a light hazy straw color with a light citrus character.
We add Cascade, Centennial and Mt. Hood hops buckets at a time to make the biggest of our beers. This copper colored beer will start with a hint of sweetness, immediately followed with a punch in the mouth of bitterness.
